Virtual Event Logistics

What can you expect from a venue-less wine tasting event? It’s still all of the fun (and all of the wine!), just on your own personal timeline.

On the day of the event, September 25, 2021, you will pick up your pre-selected wine package from the UM Irene Davis Pavilion. After that, you get to bring the party home with you! From the comfort of your couch you can unwind and enjoy the contents of your package — which can include wine, ale, a charcuterie board with a coupon from Apple Spice Junction for a cheese and fruit tray and many other unique and specialized deals from area restaurants.

We’ll also be hosting our Silent Auction virtually. You can take a look at all the items up for auction while you’re picking up your wine package and then make a bid on your favorite ones. As always, proceeds will be benefiting our hospital.
